Shipping policy
UK Delivery
We will deliver goods ordered by you as soon as possible to the address you give us for delivery but in any event within 3-5 working days of your order. However, we reserve the right not to make deliveries outside the United Kingdom unless our ordering process provides that facility.
Any non-delivered/lost parcels must be reported to us within 2 days of the expected delivery date, this enables us to track the package with our courier services. Without notifying us within this time frame we are unable to offer refunds or replacements as we only have 72 hrs to process a claim with our courier companies.
Upon receipt of your order, you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition, then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery, then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing, at our contact address, of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 3-5 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 7 working days from the date on which you ordered the goods.
Consumers: If you refuse the delivery of your order for reasons under the Distance Selling regulations or you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, the company will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. By exercising your right to cancel you are required to return the goods to Melin Brand Ltd. If you fail to return the goods to Melin Brand Ltd, we reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred by retrieving the goods from you.
All products, wherever possible, will be dispatched to you within 2-5 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment or address details which may delay your order. Therefore, we ask that you allow 3-5 working days, once your order has been accepted, for it to be dispatched. We will contact you within 48 hours of placing your order if there is a delay or items are out of stock.
EU Delivery
You can now take advantage of our Duty-Free Shipping service when shopping on our website for all deliveries in Europe under 150 Euros.
1.You choose your most-loved items.
Simply select the items you wish to have sent to an international address.
2. We’ll do the calculations.
UK VAT will be deducted from the cost of your purchase(s). Then your delivery Country's VAT tax charge that the goods are going to will then be automatically added & included in the price of the goods.
3. Await for your delivery from despatch.
We will arrange delivery for your items to the international address provided.
Kindly be aware that additional charges imposed by your country's delivery service may be applicable, as such charges differ across nations.
Import Duty / International Deliveries (For EU Orders Over 150 Euros)
Goods Dispatched to all European Union Countries are subject to Customs Tax and OR Local Customs Charges. These fees are levied onto to the buyer as the UK is no longer part of the European Union. This has been in effect since 01 January 2021.
Any purchases made online for delivery within the European Union will not be subject to UK VAT - and this will be visible when you go to your cart prior to paying. Once your order has been placed and confirmed to you, via email order confirmation, you will be liable for paying any customs duty / local taxes payable for when your order is due to be delivered. By placing an order, you are agreeing to pay these taxes and take receipt of the goods purchased.
If you are unsure of what tax you will have to pay on the goods you purchase through Melin Brand Limited, we suggest you contact your local customs department before committing to an order.

Please note that we have no jurisdiction or authority over your parcel when it reaches customs, as all countries must legally check the contents of all imported products for security purposes. Furthermore, we cannot give an estimated time it takes for your items to be cleared from customs, as this varies on a case by case basis.
Title for Consumers
Title in any products ordered from us does not pass to you, the purchaser until we have received and processed a valid payment, and that payment has been made into our own bank account and your order has been shipped.
UK Returns
Refunds are available up to 30 days
On the contrary, we are aware that discrepancies do occur that may require further attention. This is solely dependent on the circumstance that has been put forward to us via email (europe@melin.com). Once the customer care team have approved the situation, an extendibility clause for Exchanges and Refunds will be implemented. The extended duration period for exchanges and refunds will be exclusively allocated given the case.
Items must be unused and re-sellable as new, including undamaged packaging. All headwear must be returned in the original branded boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box/postal bag. All branded tags and barcode labels must be attached and intact.
Please ensure to enclose any original paperwork as proof of purchase, any item(s) returned without proof of purchase will be refused.

Want to exchange an item?
Rest easy, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days for items purchased at melinbrand.co.uk. Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags.

We offer three options for returns and exchanges.
- Exchange for another colour or size
- Return for an eGift Card
- Return for a refund back to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to the original payment method, please select an eGift Card as your refund option instead.
If you would like to exchange for a different product, you can return your item for an eGift Card to purchase another item on our website. We will begin processing your new order or email your eGift Card as soon as the Return Bar processes your exchange.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless your item is deemed faulty.

Unfortunately, some items are not as they are supposed to be. If you believe you may have received a faulty item, please send it back to the returns address below:

Once we have received your item, it will be assessed, and a member of the returns team will be in touch accordingly.
Please ensure to fill in the relevant section on the returns form which is situated on the back of the original invoice. We do not offer free returns on exchanges or refunds, however, if your item is deemed faulty upon assessment, Melin will refund all postal charges incurred, Please ensure to enclose proof of postage otherwise we will be unable to reimburse your costs.
